Our History

Established in 1993 when founder and Director Gustavo Fimbres envisioned a tax and accounting firm that would cater to small and medium sized businesses that are engaged in cross-border commerce between Mexico and the United States. Simultaneously, Fimbres Consulting Group, Inc., started its tax preparation practice to assist individual clients to comply with its tax filling obligations in the United States.

By 2015, due to our success, top quality work performance and overwhelming client satisfaction, FV Business Solutions, Inc. was created to offer specialized business solutions in the areas of Accounting, Bookkeeping and Payroll. Under the direction of Partner Edgar Villafaña, FV Business Solutions, Inc., has reached a leader status in the industry, while working in conjunction with sister company Fimbres Consulting Group, Inc.

Our Commitment

We consider our obligation and responsibility to hire highly competent individuals that possess a prominent level of integrity and professionalism. Our staff includes a former tax auditors, attorneys and accountants that have worked for international Big Four firms.

To complement our services, over time we have established alliances with other professionals such as Estate Planning, Corporate and Immigration Attorneys, Financial Planners, Banking Officials and Real Estate Agents. These alliances have permitted us to guide and channel most of our clients' professional needs through our firm.
